I work as an independent freelancer, not through a registered company. Selected projects may be settled through Useme or another trusted settlement platform.

2. What data I collect

I may collect the following personal data:

  • email address,
  • company or brand name,
  • website address,
  • country and timezone,
  • information you provide in a contact form, project brief, email or message,
  • project-related information necessary to prepare a proposal or provide services,
  • limited technical data necessary for the website to work properly and remain secure.

I do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

3. How I use your data

I may use your personal data to:

  • respond to your message or enquiry,
  • review your project brief,
  • prepare a proposal, estimate or project scope,
  • provide web design, Webflow development or related services,
  • communicate with you during a project,
  • manage project documentation and handoff,
  • arrange settlement, payment or invoicing through Useme or another platform, if we decide to use one,
  • protect the website from spam, abuse or technical issues,
  • meet legal, tax, settlement or record-keeping obligations.

Depending on the situation, I process your personal data based on:

  • steps taken before entering into a contract, for example when you ask for a proposal,
  • performance of a contract, if we decide to work together,
  • legitimate interest, for example to reply to messages, manage communication, protect the website and organize my work,
  • legal, tax, settlement or record-keeping obligations.

5. Project briefs and forms

If you fill in a project brief or contact form, I use the information you provide only to understand your project, respond to your enquiry and prepare the next step.

The brief may ask for business and project-related information, such as your website goals, target audience, preferred scope, timeline, budget range and available materials.

Please do not include sensitive personal data unless it is clearly necessary for the project.

6. Useme and project settlement

If we decide to work together and settle the project through Useme, some of your personal data may be processed by Useme for the purpose of handling the transaction, agreement, payment, invoicing and related formalities.

Useme acts as a separate platform and independent data controller for the services it provides. I only share with Useme the data necessary to set up and complete the project settlement process.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

I do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or similar tracking tools on this website.

If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie consent mechanism will be added.

8. Tools and service providers

To run this website, communicate with you and provide my services, I may use trusted third-party tools, such as:

  • website platform and hosting provider, such as Webflow,
  • form tools, such as Tally, if used,
  • email provider,
  • file sharing or project communication tools, if used,
  • settlement and invoicing platform, such as Useme, if we decide to use it.

These providers may process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards should be used where required by applicable law.

9. How long I keep your data

I keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

  • project-related data may be kept for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period afterwards,
